Chili cheese dosa recipe- Easy kids friendly dosa recipe - Preparation Time : 10 mins | Cooking Time : 3-4 Min per dosa |Serves: 1 Dosa batter 2 ladles Green chili 1 Green capsicum a small piece Grated mozzarella cheese 3-4 tbslp Oil 2-3 tsp Method: Chop the green chili and capsicum finely. Heat the dosa tawa and add the dosa batter. Spread this into a thin round dosa. Keep the flame in medium low. Drizzle the oil on the dosa. Sprinkle the green chili and green capsicum on this. Also spread the grated cheese on this. When the cheese starts melting, fold the dosa into a triangle and serve this immediately. Cheese dosa tastes yum with sour cream dip. Notes: You can use tri colored capsicum to make it more attractive. Reduce the green chilis if you find don't like it spicy. Red chili flakes can be used instead of green chilis. If the kids are small and doesn't want the dosa spicy, spread some tomato ketchup and sprinkle the cheese and serve the cheese dosa.
